เรียนรู้ศิลปะและวิทยาศาสตร์เบื้องต้นของการปรุงน้ำหอม ตั้งแต่ประวัติศาสตร์โดยสังเขป การจำแนกตระกูลกลิ่น (Odor Families) ไปจนถึงโครงสร้างพีระมิดน้ำหอม นักเรียนจะได้ฝึกใช้ประสาทสัมผัสการดมกลิ่นเพื่อวิเคราะห์ส่วนผสมทั้งจากธรรมชาติและสารสังเคราะห์ รวมถึงลงมือปฏิบัติการผสมน้ำหอมที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะตัว (Signature Scent) โดยคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยและหลักการทางเคมีเบื้องต้น Course Description Explore the captivating world where chemistry meets creativity. This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of fragrance design, from the historical evolution of scents to the modern industrial synthesis of molecules. Students will master the "Perfume Pyramid" (Top, Heart, and Base notes), learn to classify olfactive families, and understand the technical process of dilution and maceration. The course culminates in a hands-on workshop where students formulate their own Signature Scent, blending artistic vision with scientific precision.

Scientific Formulation: Understand the chemistry of solvents (Ethanol/Oil) and calculate precise ratios for different concentrations (EDP vs. EDT). 3. Creative Storytelling: Translate abstract concepts or emotions into a tangible liquid fragrance. 4. Laboratory Best Practices: Develop discipline in measuring, documenting formulas, and maintaining a sterile environment to prevent cross-contamination.

สัปดาห์ที่ 1 :
The World of Scents: ทำความรู้จัก Top, Middle, Base Notes และลองดมกลิ่นพื้นฐาน 10-15 กลิ่นเพื่อทำ Scent Diary (Intro to the Perfume Pyramid. Olfactory training: Blind-smelling 15 raw materials and recording impressions in a "Scent Diary.")
สัปดาห์ที่ 2 :
The Chemistry of Blending: เรียนรู้เรื่องความเข้มข้น (EDP, EDT) และการคำนวณสูตรน้ำหอม ฝึกการผสมกลิ่นคู่ (Accord) เบื้องต้น (Learning about Accords (2-3 notes combined). Math workshop: Calculating percentages for Eau de Parfum (EDP) vs. Eau de Toilette (EDT).)
สัปดาห์ที่ 3 :
Signature Creation (Workshop ใหญ่) : นักเรียนออกแบบ Story และปรุงน้ำหอมของตัวเองตามสูตรที่คำนวณไว้ (Main Workshop: Students draft their formulas and perform the "Big Blend." Focus on precision, layering, and stability testing.)
สัปดาห์ที่ 4 :
Branding & Presentation: ออกแบบชื่อกลิ่นและฉลาก พร้อมนำเสนอแรงบันดาลใจ (Storytelling) และแลกเปลี่ยนกันดมกลิ่น (Exhibition Day: Designing labels and packaging. Students present the "Story" behind their scent and participate in a peer-review smelling session.)
